Sticky ranked amongst Australia's most influential marketing blogs, twice

Top Australian marketing blogsA new study of Australian marketing blogs produced by global PR firm Edelman has recognised Sticky’s commitment to blogging with two places in the Top 50.

The agency site STICKY came in at #38 in the national rankings while Craig’s Media Hunter blog was ranked #17 in the nation.

This is actually something we’re very proud of, having adopted a strong blogging presence well before most agencies recognised it as a legitimate marketing resource. We’ve stuck with our belief that an ongoing dialogue and helpful information is key to future marketing success and aim to always practice what we preach by ensuring that we actually do exactly what we advise our clients to do.

Interestingly, the Edelman study is very consistent with previous rankings by Julian Cole and his Adspace Pioneers polls where both Media Hunter and Sticky have ranked well since way back in 2008.

A decade ago, or maybe even less, media in regional centres was easy to identify. The local TV stations, local radio stations, local press and perhaps some outdoor were all the available and relevant media for marketers to utilise. It was all pretty straight-forward.
